Nick Lancaster advises clients globally typically where they are planning major expansion requiring new capital. Nick has 40 years’ experience in the motor industry, most notably 16 years as CEO and a major shareholder in HR Owen, a luxury dealership group which was listed on the London stock exchange.  Prior to his leadership at HR Owen, Nick founded The Lancaster Group which he merged with a subsidiary of Jardine Matheson (Matheson Motor Holdings), an international conglomerate with dealerships in Asia and the US.  He then went on to lead a re-financing of Malaya Group, a small PLC in the UK, which acquired HR Owen in 1994.  He has held Non Executive and Advisory roles with numerous public and private companies including Aberdeen Asset Management, Jensen, Eagle, The Retail Motor Industry, Matheson Motor Holdings, Zung Fu (HK) Ltd.  Nick is based in Monaco and France.

With over 30 years’ property experience across use classes, Simon offers strategic real estate investment and development advice; including acquisitions and disposals, asset management and technical services. He has a track record of supporting and managing real estate transaction requests across the UK, with a focus on London and mainland Europe.

He was a Senior Equity Partner at Levy Real Estate and held senior positions at Healey & Baker (now Cushman & Wakefield) and Hillier Parker (now CBRE).

Bertie spent 23 years in the public relations industry working principally with Lord (Tim) Bell at Chime Communications PLC where he was Group Business Development Director and also undertook political consultancy and reputation management assignments in Chile, Romania, Zimbabwe, Yugoslavia and Turkey.

While at Chime, Bertie was also Chairman of Joslin Rowe, a large City recruitment consultancy, and of Chateau de Sours, a leading Bordeaux wine producer. He was for 16 years Chairman of trustees of Starlight Children’s Foundation, a national children’s wish granting charity.

Jonathan Davis advises Salamanca across its projects on the technical, commercial and practical implementation of low carbon business facilities, services and infrastructure. He draws on 18years’ experience of energy systems to oversees the full life cycle from conception and design through to construction and monitoring.

Previously Jonathan worked as Head of Midas Energy, part of the Midas Construction Group, He implemented new approaches into traditional construction, delivering commercial advantage, improved system performance and substantial carbon reductions. He has worked extensively in the renewable energy sector since 2003. Initially an electrical engineer, he grew one of the first PV installation companies in the English South West which evolved into an award-winning, clean tech, energy project consultancy.
